Active TMB licensure for the supervising physician, an address in the Austin area, and at least 10 verified Google reviews with a rating of 4.0 or above.
Free Verified listings are sorted by Google rating and review count. We don't shuffle non-paid order to favor paying customers. Paid tiers (Premium, Elite) appear in dedicated featured sections that sit above the algorithmic list.
Yelp and Google are general directories. We're Austin-only, vertical-specific (med spas), and we cap paid placement: Premium is a flat monthly badge, Elite is one slot per neighborhood.
